Unfortunately they still have the same old tendons and when it comes to new muscle, it may as well be baby muscle. It takes years sometimes a lifetime to turn that baby muscle into old man muscle. See muscle has memory, especially with old man muscle, those muscles got stories to tell. What stories do babies have to tell... That's right, they don't, all they do is hurt themselves and cry. lol P.S. Muscle size does not determine muscle strength.
